Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email when your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $40. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping. 

TAXES: Your order may be subject to tax. DollDesignsbySQ does not collect tax, it is your responsibility as the customer per your state or country.

REFUNDS, RETURNS: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

DAMAGED:  If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at DollDesignsbySQ@gmail.com with your order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

LOST:  If your order tracking shows received but you did not receive your package please notify USPS immediately https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm .  Please email us as soon as possible at DollDesignsbySQ@gmail.com and we will work with you and USPS to recover, replace or insure your items. All other items lost in the mail will be replaced or refunded once USPS accepts claims.
